About Cody Smith

A lifelong resident of St. Catharines/Niagara, Cody after graduating from high school, went to Niagara College where he completed his studies in Sales and Marketing.

Employed in the family construction and renovation business, Cody discovered not only did he have an aptitude for construction, but he also very much enjoyed real estate. He enrolled in the real estate course and soon became very active helping clients find the home of their dreams.

Cody began his real estate career at a large local franchise company where he quickly established himself as an outstanding agent. Then for a period of time he relocated to Toronto to work for a specialty boutique real estate firm concentrating on locating and developing multiple family conversion projects.

We’re glad to say that Cody has returned to Niagara where he now concentrates on helping clients fulfill their dreams while making the transactions as easy and stress free as possible. At the same time, with his background and wealth of experience he looks forward to helping investors make sound real estate decisions.
